SAUCE FOR COLD BROCCOLI 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 rounded tsp. mustard with horseradish
A few drops lemon juice
A grinding of pepper
Cold cooked broccoli

To 1/2 cup mayonnaise add 1 rounded teaspoon of mustard with horseradish (more if desired). Thin with a few drops of lemon juice; add a grinding of pepper. Serve over cold broccoli. Or with cold asparagus.
