FRESH TOMATO RELISH 
2 lb. tomatoes
2 med. green peppers
2 med. onions
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil

Chop tomatoes, green peppers and onions. Drain slightly. Add salt, dry mustard, celery seeds, vinegar and salad oil. Mix. Refrigerate for several hours.
