DEER SIRLOIN OVER RICE 
2 lb. deer sirloin or round (cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 tbsp. bacon grease
2 beef bouillon cubes (dissolved in 1 c. hot water)
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pack brown gravy mix (dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water)
Hot cooked rice

In large skillet, brown deer cubes in bacon grease. Stir in bouillon, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Add gravy mix slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
