CAKE:

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 med. can crushed pineapple

ICING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake: Mix well by hand. Bake in a greased 12 3/4 x 9 x 2 inch pan at 325 degrees for approximately 35 minutes (do not over bake).

Icing: Mix with beater until smooth. Frost cake.
