INSIDE, OUTSIDE CABBAGE ROLLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 c. chopped cabbage 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. raw rice 1 egg, raw, thrown into mixing bowl Season to taste Mix together all above ingredients with hands. Mix real well and shape into tennis size balls, put into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix 1 can tomato soup with 1 can water, pour over balls. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. |
