BRENDA'S SPAGHETTI AND LASAGNA
SAUCE
 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 - 1 green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. sweet basil
2-3 tbsp. spaghetti sauce seasoning (Spice Island brand)

FOR LASAGNA:

1 lb. each Mozzarella, Monterey Jack and Ricotta cheese
9 lasagna noodles, cooked

Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper. Add salt, pepper, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, basil and spaghetti sauce seasoning. Simmer for 15 minutes.

For lasagna, layer noodles, sauce and cheese. Repeat several times. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly.
