QUICK CHICKEN 
6-8 chicken breasts (boned)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 brick cheddar cheese (grated)
1 sm. can mushrooms

Layer chicken and broccoli; add sauce (soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder) cheese and mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
