1 lb. ground meat
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
6-8 green onions
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream

Brown ground meat in skillet. Chop or crush garlic. Add to meat along with salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Cover and cook slowly 15-20 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. Soften cream cheese. Chop green onions. Mix cream cheese, green onions and sour cream together.

Put a layer of noodles in large casserole (13 x 9 x 2 inches) then a layer of sour cream mixture, next a layer of meat sauce. Repeat until all is in casserole (ending with meat sauce). Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serves 8.
