FUDGE TRUFFLE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafers (crushed)
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine all ingredients and press into 9 inch springform pan. Set aside.

2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (softened)
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a heavy saucepan, over very low heat, melt chips, stirring constantly. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, until smooth. Add the melted chips and all other ingredients. Mix well and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 65 minutes or until center is set. Cool and then refrigerate.
