1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
10 oz. small curd cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 medium onion, chopped and sautéed
1/4 tsp. salt
10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 10 inch greased skillet.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
