BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP 
1 box frozen broccoli, thawed
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. flour
White pepper and salt to taste
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
2 c. milk
1 c. cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Combine carrots, celery, and onions in saucepan and add broth. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 15 minutes until vegetables are done.

Combine milk, flour, and seasonings; stir into broth mixture. Cook, stirring until thickened and bubbly. Add broccoli and cheese; stir until cheese melts. Yield 4-6 servings.
