LIGHT & FLUFFY PIE CRUST 
8 oz. flour
2 oz. butter
2 oz. lard
About 2 tbsp. cold water and milk to mix

Rub fat into flour, gradually add enough liquid to make the dough into a rolling consistency. For savory pastry, add a pinch of salt to the flour; for sweet pastry, add 1 tablespoon sugar to the flour.
