CHERRY PECAN ICE BOX PIE 
VANILLA WAFER PIE CRUST:

1 bag vanilla wafers
1 stick butter, melted

PIE FILLING:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 lemons (juice only)
1 can sour pitted cherries (red tart cherries)
1 c. chopped pecans

To prepare pie crust, crumble vanilla wafers to cover bottom of pie plate. Pour over wafer crumbs, 1 stick melted butter. Stir and press into bottom of plate. Ring the pie plate with whole vanilla wafers; set aside.

Mix Eagle Brand milk with the juice from 2 lemons. Stir well. Add can of cherries, drained. Add cup of pecans. Mix together well and pour in vanilla wafer crust. Place in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours before serving.
