PAM'S MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
6 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. water
1 egg
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger in steamer or colander. Mix with spaghetti sauce in large bowl. Cook in microwave 10 minutes to mix flavors.

In small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup water, 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 1 egg.

In 9 x 13-inch baking pan, put small amount of spaghetti sauce to prevent noodles from sticking. Layer 3 noodles in pan. Spoon cottage cheese mixture on top of each dry uncooked noodle. Spread 1/2 of spaghetti sauce on top, then sprinkle with 1/2 Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and seal tightly with plastic wrap. Cook on high power for 8 minutes. Finish cooking 35 minutes on power 70%. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
