QUICK CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 lg. cooking bag
2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. water
4 med. carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
Meaty pieces of 1 chicken
1 (10 oz.) can buttermilk biscuits
Seasoned salt and pepper as desired

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Shake flour in cooking bag. Place the bag in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Add gravy mix, garlic powder and water. Squeeze bag to blend the ingredients. Place the carrots and celery in an even layer in the bag. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper; place on top of vegetables.
