SHOE-STRING SALAD 
1 sm. can tuna, packed in water (or chicken or turkey)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 to 1/3 c. slivered almonds
1 3/4 oz. can shoe string potatoes

Mix all but almonds and potatoes. Chill. Add almonds and potatoes right before serving. Serves 4.
