ZUCCHINI PICKLES 
1 qt. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. ground turmeric
1 tsp. dry mustard

Bring ingredients to a boil. Pour over: 1 lg. or 2 med. onions, sliced

Let stand 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Bring to a boil again. Pack in jars while still hot. Makes about 4 quarts.
