STUFFED SHELLS FLORENTINE | |
1 jar sauce 1 pkg. frozen chipped spinach 2 lbs. Ricotta cheese 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 2 eggs 2 tbsp. grated cheese 12 oz. "Jumbo" shells Cook shells according to directions. Heat sauce. Spoon 1 cup sauce into bottom of large roasting pan. Reserve remaining sauce. Keep warm. Cook spinach as directed, drain and mix with Ricotta, Mozzarella, eggs and grated cheese in large bowl. Using a teaspoon, fill each shell with cheese mixture. Arrange shells in single layer on sauce. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Cover with more sauce if desired the last 5 minutes. NOTE: You can use 1 pound burger or sausage in place of spinach. Makes 6. |
