QUICK PUMPKIN BUTTER | |
1 c canned pumpkin 1/2 c sugar 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Place all ingredients in a large saucepan. Simmer over medium heat till sugar is dissolved. Pour into container and chill. Ready to serve. Keep refrigerated. Submitted by: Karen LaValley |
