PASTA SALAD 
4 c. Rotini noodles, cooked and drained
2 c. broccoli, cut off stems and use flower portion only
1 c. mild cheddar cheese, small cubes
3/4 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. green onions, finely chopped
1/3 c. carrots, cut at an angle
1 c. sliced tomatoes
1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Uncle Dan's salad dressing or Ranch dressing

Combine salad dressing, basil, and garlic; mix well. Add cheese, broccoli, green onions, carrots, and olives; mix lightly. Chill. Arrange tomatoes on platter; top with salad. Sprinkle with walnuts. 12 servings. Freezes well.
