ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZA 
2-3 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. sausage (if desired) or pepperoni (if desired)
Ragu Pizza Quick pizza sauce
Parmesan cheese or Mozzarella cheese, grated
1 jar Cheese Whiz
1 onion

Desired number of English muffins, buttered and toasted, then spread with Cheese Whiz. Brown beef and sausage with onion, drain and add 2 ounces of pizza sauce per 1/2 pound of meat. Heat well. Top muffins with meat mixture, sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese or Mozzarella cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
