HAM BOAT DIP 
2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. shaved boiled ham
2 tbsp. dry minced onion
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1 tbsp. dill weed (optional)
1 lg. round French bread

Mix all ingredients, except bread, together. Hollow the bread out after slicing off a top piece. Fill with dip. Arrange the broken inside pieces. With a variety of raw vegetables around the bread on a serving platter.
