STEAK CUTLETS 
4 eggs
Pinch of onion salt & garlic salt
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 lb. round steak (sliced very thin)
1 (5 oz.) Italian style bread crumbs

Beat the eggs with a fork. Lightly season with onion salt, garlic salt and grated cheese. Beat together. Add milk; beat until fluffy. Cut meat into squares and trim off all fat. Dip into egg mixture. Then into bread crumbs, repeat. Place into about 1-1 1/2 inches of very hot oil in a frying pan. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until brown, remove and drain on paper towel.
