PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. and 2 tbsp. soft butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
2 c. drained crushed pineapple

Mix vanilla wafers with 2 tablespoons soft butter to form first layer in dessert dish. Beat 1/2 cup soft butter with confectioners sugar and eggs until fluffy. This will make second layer. Whip the whipping cream and fold in pineapple. Place on top as third layer. Chill before serving.
