MACARONI SALAD | |
2 c. elbow macaroni or shells 2 tbsp. wine vinegar 2 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish 1/4 c. chili sauce 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives 2 tbsp. chopped capers 1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives 2 tbsp. chopped dill pickle 1/4 c. each finely chopped onion and celery 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard Boil macaroni according to directions on package. Drain well and toss immediately with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let chill 3 hours, tossing several times. Add remaining ingredients and chill 3 hours. Serves 8. |
