CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
3 lb. chicken cutlet
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. flour
2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce
3 oz. can mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano

Mix flour and dip chicken in flour and fry in shortening. Set aside. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients and chicken and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
