PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk
3/4 c. quick-cooking oats
3/4 c. toasted wheat germ

Mix together honey, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add to honey mixture. Mix thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Chill in refrigerator until firm.

NOTE: Balls can be rolled in wheat germ rather than using wheat germ in recipe... or do both. If you with to decorate, press a toasted almond on top of each ball.
