OREO COOKIE CAKE 
32 oz. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding

Crush cookies in blender and mix with melted butter. Line bottom of 9"x13" pan with mixture. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over crumb mixture. Mix pudding with milk. Beat until thick. Spread over last layer. Refrigerate overnight.
