TURKEY MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper, onion. Shape into small balls.

Heat tomato soup and water in skillet and drop balls into this sauce. Cook about 1/2 hour. Makes about 4 servings.
