OATS AND KIELBASA 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. kielbasa (Polish sausage), chopped
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 tsp. crumbled thyme
2 c. cooked oat groats

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add kielbasa, onion, bell pepper and thyme. Cook, stirring frequently until vegetables are softened. Add oats and cook, stirring, until heated through.
