CHICKEN DIJON 
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. fat free Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 1/4 c. dry fat free bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter buds, liquid form

Combine salad dressing and mustard, blending well. Brush chicken with salad dressing mixture, coat with crumbs. Place in baking dish (sprayed with Pam). Drizzle with butter buds. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done to desired tenderness.
