HOT CIDER PUNCH 
6 c. apple juice
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. lemon rind
Cinnamon stick
Orange studded with cloves

Boil juices and cinnamon. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except orange, to boiling juices and simmer 5 more minutes uncovered. Makes 20 cups.
