30 lbs. of potatoes
1/4 c. salt
1 lg. jar pickle relish
1/2 c. prepared mustard
2 1/2 doz. hard boiled eggs
2 tbsp. celery seed
1 bunch celery (diced)
1 green pepper
5 tbsp. sugar
2 onions (grated)
3 qts. mayonnaise
2 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Dressing

Peel and dice potatoes, cover with water, add salt, bring to boil. Drain off water. Cool potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Taste better if you let it sit in the refrigerator overnight so all the seasonings ingredients mix together.

It has been a hit at cook outs in my home.
