SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. shrimp, cooked and cooled, shells removed and deveined
1 1/2 c. shell type uncooked macaroni, cooked
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
green onions, thinly sliced (tops and bottoms)

Mix all together and chill until cold.

Dressing:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
3 tsp. vinegar
salt and hot sauce to taste
