CHILLED STEAK KEBABS 
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine
2 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger

Marinate meat 6 hours or overnight. Skewer meat on bamboo skewers. Broil or grill until desired doneness. Baste with marinade while cooking. Wrap in foil and chill. When serving, fold back boil, pick up and enjoy.
