HAMBURG GRAVY 
1/2 lb. hamburg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour

Sprinkle salt in small cold fry pan. Break up hamburg and cook, turning until meat is done. Sprinkle flour over meat and stir in milk and pepper. Cook and stir to thicken. Good with toast, biscuits or on mashed potatoes for a meal.
