ECLAIR CAKE 
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 lb. box graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 can Pillsbury Ready to Spread chocolate icing

Combine 2 boxes pudding with 3 cup milk, beating with mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip. In 9"x13" pan (slightly buttered), layer whole graham crackers in bottom of pan. Pour half of pudding mixture on top, layer again with crackers, pour remaining pudding mixture then add last of graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight. Next day spread icing on top.
