CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
Graham crackers
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 instant Jello pudding (vanilla)
3 c. milk

Mix pudding into milk until smooth. Mix in all of the cool Whip until creamy. Line a 13 x 9 inch buttered pan with graham crackers. Pour in half the mixture. Make another layer of graham crackers then pour remainder of mixture. Layer one more time with graham crackers.

ICING:

3 tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. milk
2 sqs. Baker's chocolate

Dump everything together and mix until smooth (if too stiff add water). Ice top of graham crackers.
