WILD RICE SALAD 
3/4 c. raw wild rice, cooked
1 tbsp. salad oil
3 c. chopped chicken, white meat
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. green grapes, halved
1 c. cashews
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1/4 med. onion, diced
Salt to taste

Toss the salad oil with the wild rice. Add all the remaining ingredients and chill thoroughly. Serves 8.
