CARAMEL ROLLS
2 loaves frozen bread dough

SAUCE:

1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 lg. (8 oz.) vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
2 tbsp. milk
About 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Let dough thaw, but not rise. Break up one loaf into small pieces and put into a well greased 9"x13" pan. Combine the melted butter with the brown sugar, pudding mix, milk and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the pieces of the first loaf in the pan. Break up second loaf and put on top of the sauce (put pecans in bottom of pan before putting dough in). Let rise about 3 hours until about 1" over the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. When done, tip pan bottom side up on foil so caramel can run down sides. Usually 2 loaves of frozen bread dough makes 2 to 3 loaf pans.
