STEAK RANCHERO 
2 lbs. round steak, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 clove garlic
2 whole tomatoes, chopped
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. beer
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced

Brown meat in 1 tablespoon oil, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add onion, pepper, garlic and tomatoes. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add tomato sauce, beer, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Heat thoroughly and serve over rice or noodles. Soft breadsticks served with salad with Italian dressing go good.
