HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
2 c. chopped bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all dry ingredients; add eggs and oil. Stir in vanilla, pineapple and nuts. Add bananas. Do not use mixer. Make 3 layers or 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until done. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
