BANANA COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 mashed bananas
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Cream shortening and sugar until fluffy; beat in eggs. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until done.
