MOM'S BOILED CUSTARD | |
3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/3 c. sugar Dash of salt 1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring Blend eggs, sugar and salt in top of double boiler. Gradually stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. (Water in double boiler should not boil.) Remove top pan of double boiler from heat and stir in vanilla. Place top of double boiler in cold water and stir until cool; cover; chill 2 to 3 hours before serving. |
