SWISS CREAM STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
Salt, pepper, flour
1/4 c. butter
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
6 tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
1 tsp. paprika

Cut meat into serving portions; dust with salt, pepper and flour. Melt butter, add onions and heat until golden. Remove from pan. Add meat, browning on both sides. Mix onions and other ingredients and add to steak. Place in casserole, cover, bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until tender. Serves 4-6.
