1 c. bulger wheat 4 tomatoes 2 c. green onions 3 c. parsley 1/2 c. olive oil 1/3 c. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper 1/4 c. chopped fresh mint Soak bulger wheat in water (hot) enough to cover top. Let stand 30 minutes, drain and squeeze. 1. Mix tomato, onion, parsley, mint. 2. Mix oil, lemon salt, pepper. Mix 1 and 2 together. Add bulger wheat and chill. |
