FRUIT COCKTAIL CHRISTMAS CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 lg. (3 1/2 c.) can fruit cocktail
2 beaten eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts

Mix all together, then sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
