HAWAIIAN TUNA SALAD 
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
2 lg. cans tuna, drained
2/3 c. Miracle Whip
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 c. granola

Reserve 1 tablespoon liquid from mandarin oranges. Combine this with drained tuna, Miracle Whip, celery, onion, lemon juice, and ginger. Gently stir in oranges and chill. Just before serving, stir in granola. Especially good if served on lettuce with pineapple chunks. Makes 4 1/2 cups (about 6 (3/4 cup) servings).
