EASY MICROWAVE FISH FILLETS 
2 lbs. fish fillets

LEMON BUTTER SAUCE:

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. slivered almonds (optional)
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice

Arrange fish fillets in a 12 x 7 inch glass baking dish with thick edges towards outside of dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave for 8 to 12 minutes on high. Drain liquid and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes to complete cooking. During standing time, microwave sauce as follows: Place all ingredients in a 2 cup glass measuring cup. Microwave about 2 minutes on high or until butter melts. Stir and continue cooking 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve over fillets.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
