ANNISETTE BISCUITS 
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. milk
6 drops Anise extract or 1 tsp. vanilla
7 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour (save some for rolling dough)

Blend eggs and sugar. Add milk and anise/vanilla. Add 2 cups flour, beating until smooth. Add baking powder. Add "cool" melted butter. Add rest of flour.

Take some of mixture out of bowl with a large spoon and place on floured board. Shape into log. Place 2 logs onto each cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees on greased cookie sheet. Cut logs diagonally into 3/4 inch wide cookies.
